Rural Sales Assistant – West Wyalong, NSW
Join the excitement! Our West Wyalong store is moving to Main Street in early 2026, and we’re seeking a vibrant, hands-on team member to come on board now.
About the Role:
As a Rural Sales Assistant, you’ll support and grow our Rural Supplies business through in-store sales, customer service, and technical advice for sheep and wool producers across the region. You’ll also assist with wool receipts, pressing, storage, and transport, while providing administrative support and contributing to the smooth operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical product advice.
- Assist with stock management, product displays, and record keeping.
- Support wool handling, including receiving, pressing, storage, sampling, and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties and data entry.
- Represent Moses & Son at field days, clearing sales, and industry events.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace in line with company policies and WHS standards
About You
- Experience in rural supplies or a related agricultural field.
- Knowledge of the wool and sheep industry, including wool purchasing.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
- Current driver’s licence essential; forklift licence or willingness to obtain is required.
