Admin Support - Temora
You’ll support the full BA Moses Group—working across Moses & Son (Wool Marketing & Handling), our new Mitre 10 hardware business, plus Farm & Freight.
It’s a true all-rounder role, backing our People, Brand & Operations team while keeping the day-to-day admin running smoothly. If you like variety and being part of a business that’s always moving, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating social tiles, flyers and newsletters
- Posting job ads, booking interviews and supporting onboarding
- Assisting with People & Culture admin
- Data entry and keeping systems accurate and up to date
- Assisting the wool team with sales
- Assist with organising and hosting events, meetings & promotions
- General office duties – mail, banking, filing,
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Jumping in to support the wider team wherever needed
About You
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Canva skills (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail (you notice the small stuff)
- Clear communication and a polite, professional manner
- Ability to problem solve and think logically
- A team-first attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
